What Matters Most to Us

You genuinely enjoy taking care of kids and working with their families.

You are clinically confident, thoughtful, and steady when the schedule gets busy. You value evidence-based medicine without losing the personal side of pediatric care.

You want a meaningful voice in how your practice operates and you understand that building something new requires collaboration and some flexibility while the practice finds its rhythm.

Most importantly, you want to practice medicine in an environment where good clinical care and good business operations support each other.

Compensation

Base salary: $215,000–$255,000 annually, based on pediatric experience, board certification status, and Nevada licensure status at the time of hire.

Beginning in month 13, the position is eligible for a productivity bonus tied to collections above an established threshold.

Why Join a New Independent Practice?

Help build the practice—not just work in it.
Your clinical opinion will directly influence how the practice operates. You will have a meaningful voice in scheduling, workflows, clinical protocols, patient experience, staffing, and how we grow.

Practice medicine without the hospital burden.
This is outpatient pediatrics. There is no hospital call and no inpatient responsibility. After-hours responsibilities are limited to a shared telephone triage rotation.

Practice independently without practicing alone.
You will work alongside a Nurse Practitioner and clinical support team in an environment designed around collaboration, appropriate autonomy, and easy access to one another when a case requires another perspective.

Join early and grow with us.
As a founding pediatrician, you will have an opportunity that is difficult to find in an established organization: helping create the clinical culture from the beginning and watching the practice you helped build grow around you.

We are looking for a pediatrician who wants the benefits of independent practice and meaningful clinical influence without having to personally take on the administrative burden of owning and operating a medical practice.
